Excitement.
I'm so excited! Tonight, my husband and I are going to Lonestar for dinner.I'm getting the Chicken Tenders - "Crumbed strips of chicken breast with a honey mustard dipping sauce on a bed of Texas Rice". AND the Pumpkin Soup - "A classic topped with sour cream and chives". I really feel like pumpkin soup, but you can get that anywhere. So I had to have at least something Lonestarry.
My husband is getting the Prime Porterhouse Steak - "Premium quality, specially selected prime cut. Another big Lone Star favourite". Apparently, it looks like this:
He will LOVE it. He's a steak boy from way back.
Then, we're going to the movies. We're seeing Must Love Dogs and Serenity. Sometime between those two movies (there's a break of about half an hour), we're going to the markets to get some toffee apples (the best toffee apples I have ever tasted), and possibly some corn-on-the-cob-on-a-stick. That's just so darn cool. I love corn.
So bring it on, the best date night ever!
